is ebay safe to use or not

Gosh- what a little question that has a great big answer!

Ebay is safe to use as long as you are sensible and bear in mind sdome of these points:-

• Never reply to any Emails supposedly from Ebay asking you to confirm account details- they're fraudulent
• Don't buy from a Seller with only a few Feedback ratings and especially if those few are not at 100%
• Don't buy from a Seller with Feedback ratings of less than 98% unless you are comfortable with the content of the 'dissatisfied' feedback
• I always ask Sellers to provide me with a home postal address before I pay- If they refuse then I don't trust them and don't buy
• Don't expect Paypal or Ebay to sort out any disputes between Buyers and Sellers- they're cr*p at it!!!

I'm sure there are lots of other tips but use it- you'll enjoy it!
