help!! 1st time trying to scan something.
have just bought a hp deskjet 3050 j610 and installed no problem.i am trying to scan and email a form and although it scans no prob,asks if you want to attatch as email,which i then select.when it gets to throw you to word,the jpg file i saved is there as attatchment,but there is no send option??any ideas? many thanks
Did you install the HP Solution Center and use it to scan your document and not try to use the scan button on the printer. You should be able to email the document from the scanned document which should be in My Scans folder in my documents.What OS are you using?
