Ive been on a contract with Orange for over 3 years now. My deal includes a mobile phone, free minutes/text, broadband and international calls. It has been the same contract all the time. Recently i received a letter from them in which Orange to notified me that my international free calls deal are about to stop.
As I have been on the same contract for such a long period of time, never terminated it, or wished to change the deal, do I have the right to demand for Orange to keep the deal as to what Ive signed up for in the first place?
I think if you check your original contract there will be a clause which says they retain the right to alter prices, but I would check as I am only guessing. Also what period was your contract for ? If it is less than the 3 years then they can alter the prices as in effect the contrat has ended
