when i send e mails, pictures are blanked out . don ,t know much about computors,only basic stuff, i. e. look for hols,open emails,buy things, send emails.(guess i shoud go on a course , )thanks for any help x

Just a guess, but perhaps you create and send your emails using 'plain text' instead of Rich Text (HTML). See Format when preparing your message. You could also try sending your picture as an attachment, rather than using Insert to put it in the main body of the email. Hope this helps.

What do you use to send your emails? is it outlook, outlook express? some web based email?
