Adobe Flash

I use Windows 7 and often when I try to download material, I get a message saying that I need Adobe Flash. When I try to download this free program I'm advised that it's not available for Windows 7. What should I be doing to ensure that I can see all the clips sent to me?

When I tried to use the 32-bit version the computer denied access saying that a more recent version had been downloaded. Reluctant - with my tiny amount of IT knowledge - to start mucking about and remove stuff that was apparently on the computer when I bought it a few months ago.
You could always swap to on of the other popular browsers (firefox or chrome are probably the two main alternatives)
or try clicking on the start button and copy and paste the following line into the run/search box at the bottom...
C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
and press enter and it should load the 32bit version of IE... if that works then click start again, paste the line into the run box and then right click on the iexplore that will appear at the top of the start menu and select pin to start menu to give yourself a permanent link to it on the start menu.
Incidentally, there is no benefit to using the 64bit version of IE.... I actually can't see why microsoft bothered with it!
