please can someone help?
I have just switched computer on and I have the following message on screen that I cannot remove. the message is as reads =
isuspm exe-bad image The application or DLL c:\PROGRA~1\google\GOOGLE~1\GOEC62~1.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please checkthis against your installation diskette.
It is a oblong box at the top right hand side there is a small black cross
and on the left hand side is a big red cross and below the message is a button with OK within in it. I have never had this before and do not know what to do. I have tried to press both crosses and the ok button but it will not move.
If anyone can help I would be so grateful

Unfortunately, none of the answers in that thread seem to have been effective.
Apparently it's just a bad registry entry, in which case, CCleaner will almost certainly fix it.
