trojan horse virus

I have AVG anti virus software which has detected Trojan Horse Dyfica and 19J virusses. I have put them in the vault now what do I do!! As you can see I am a complete novice and have no idea how to get rid of them from the c drive

No need to worry, once theyre in the Vault they wont do you any damage and you can safely delete them.
