Is it possible to remove / reset ?
Only reason I ask, we have had a sales rep leave and have their laptop returned, now the laptop has the above password on, as this is now an Ex employee we dont want to ask nor think there will be helpfull.
Any sugestions ?

(also not sure how you are going to check to see if anything has been copied off the laptop as it won't have file auditing)
The obvious thing for you to do would be to log in as the admin account on the laptop and change the users password to a known one.... but I'm going to guess this isn't an option for you (it should be)
