Nokiea 6700 slide problem
0 Answers
Afternoon all
I've had my 6700 slide for 13 months now and had no problems wiht it. Now on Wednesday night I sent a text, it flashed on and off then stayed off. I assumed it was the battery so charged it up all night. I tried to switch it on Thursday am but it wouldn't. I assumed it was a dead battery so I ordered a new one, This came Friday and was charged up. I put the new one in yesterday am and it was ok. Then last night the charge seemed to just disappear and it went to powersave then switched off again. I put it back on charge all night but still can't switch it on.
I'm reluctant to take it to the shop as a) they'll charge £35 just to look at it and b) I have a lots of texts and pictures on there that will be wiped if they take it info repair.
Has the phone died or it is fixable without deleting photos and texts?
TIA
