Also, Is the Microsoft Anti-Spyware any good and is it ok to use with Ad-Aware and Spybot ?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Microsoft Anti-Spyware is highly recommended and is very good. I run it with Spybot and Adaware with no problems at all.
I would also recommend SpySweeper by Webroot. You have to buy it, but it works well with the others listed above. You can download it free for a 30 day trial before you decide if it's right for you.
One point about Microsoft Anti-Spyware is that it is still in Beta form at the moment, which means that it is still under test. At the moment it doesn't scan the cookies file, so won't remove tracking cookies. I'm not sure if this will be rectified in the final release.
I'd personally also reccomend Javacool Software's "Spyware Blaster" which is available as a free download here: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
It works slightly differently to other Spyware programs in so much that it doesn't scan your system, rather it simply prevents known spyware programs from installing in the first place. It doesn't have to run in the background and updates for it are free. It's also endorsed by the makes of SpyBot S&D - which detects it on your system and lets you run it from it's interface.
