Cassiopeia B300 PDA

I have just bought the above PDA which runs on Windows CE3.

However there are a few things I would like it to do, (which I am sure it can), but cant work it out or find it in the manual.

If anyone can answer any of the following I would be most grateful;

1. It states in the manual that by pressing the 'bullet' button the top menu will appear - mine doesnt, it brings up the keyboard - I guess the previous owner re-programed it - but how do I put it back?

2. Is there any way of adding programs to the start menu?

3. Is there any way of adding shortcuts to the desktop?

4. When I fill in my details in 'owner' through control panel, there is no entry for email address, but when the machine starts up and shows the owner details it has the previous owners email address showing, how did he/she put this in and how do I change it?

As said earlier, if anyone can help with any of these questions I would be obliged.
