3 website in one...can it be done?
4 Answers
I want to create one website, but with 3 different subjects in ...3 different home pages, 3 different cvs, sets of pictures etc
i want to keep them relatively separate and be able to direct people to one section, without it being immediately obvious there are 2 other sections...
is there a way to do this?... can i have 3 domain names on one host?
thanks

Yes you can host more than one domain on each host with 3 different domain names pointing at individual pages. how much your provider will charge (if at all) for hosting more sites and domains is something you'll have to check the T&Cs for.

Your main page can be http://www.host/joko which has links to three different

http://www.host/joko/indexcats

Each can have its own additionally related pages. You can link to the three sub-sites individually and most will not know that you have three sites. It is no different to having subpages on one site.
Three 'sites' can thus be hosted on one domain, providing the size for all three is within your allowance.

With respect to wildwood, that's a bit of a cheap and nasty way of doing it and looks very unprofessional. with .co.uk domain names being available for a couple of quid there really is no excuse for making a (what I assume is meant to be professional) website look like an amateur effort.
It's like a pet hate of mine, sign written vans with a @aol or similar email address on them, if you are going to pay to get a van sign written pay the extra few quid to get a professional looking, domain based, email address.
