sky broadband problems

would be interested if anyone else has this problem,have rang sky numerous times and still unresolved.
We loose broadband about 8.30 everynight and sometimes earlier ,have done all the tests they suggested and they have,nt fixed it ,
Anyideas out there ? Thanks
