I have an Iphone 3gs and from time to time i get a text mesg fron an "UNKNOWN" reading "Messege Unable to Read".

Whats all this about ?

Have you set up MMS with your provider? It's possible someone is trying to send you a picture message but the phone needs to be set up to receive them.
