This keeps popping up, how can I get rid of it, if it is GPS (or whatever) where do I find it on phone to stop it? Many thanks.
prev Can I still watch my 4" screen, mini tv with freeview? and if so, how?

Not sure why you'd want to but...
Page 148 of the manual:
From the Home screen, Press Menu
tap, Settings/Location
Unselect "Use GPS Satellites"

Does it cost me money to keep flashing, and why does it keep flashing, as far as I know I am not looking for anything and even in idle home screen it keeps flashing. Thanks for answer. I have downloaded a different manual and no clue on it,
