What do you mean, missing? Do you mean he has unidentified debits from his account? He must have given his details out for the bank to debit the account - as hc says, does he play on-line games?

It sometimes happens that sons/daughters knowingly sign up to pay for these things but don't like to admit it, or sometimes they sign up without realising.
