Why are my Tabs not Saving in Firefox 7?

I just recently upgraded my firefox 3 to the current Firefox 7 last week. I have noticed however that it not longer asks to save my tabs and nor any longer DOES save my tabs.
Was that feature removed for Firefox 7? If not how do I get it back? I never touched anything so I didn't remove it.
