Dimmable energy saving bulbs.
9 Answers
Does anyone know where I can get some energy saving dimmable bulbs that gaive off a nice light, like the Philips ones? I bought bulbs on ebay before(not dimmable though) but the light they gave off was like something out of a hospital.

Alternatively, try BHS. (They always stock a wide range of bulbs).
Otherwise any decent specialist lighting shop should sell them.

If you think a tenner is dear, avoid Philips products!

Can't get that link to work chris, though that is probably for the best. I picked up loads of Philips energy savers cheap in Argos over the last couple of years, though they are not dimmable. Why would anyone spend £10 on a bulb, surely you will never make the savings on energy that you outlay on the bulb itself. there is no incentive at all.
