why is my printer printing too much yellow?

I have gone into troubleshoot and printed a test page, but can't find a solution. Help!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I can't recall a situation where too much of an ink was used. Maybe ran out to fast but that's different. I suspect it is more of a problem with too little blue and/or red used, making the printout look too yellow.
Check the levels of the other inks, and see if there is a clean jets option on the printer.

Is it an HP printer by any chance - we have had SO much trouble with our yellow ink cartridge nozzle, it prints as orange. Apparently its a fault with some HP printers the ink nozzle right inside the printer gets blocked and you can't get at mine to clean it. HP have now bought out very expensive coloured ink cleaner cartridges (I bought a set costing £20) but it hasn't made any difference, I have to live with orange instead of yellow which is very annoying as the colours on photos don't print correctly!
