Do I waive my rights under the Distance Selling regulations, if I buy on ebay from a business seller?

Distance Selling regs. do not apply to internet auctions (although I don't know how you categorise Buy It Now).

It was on an 'auction site' but it was Buy it Now, so I guess it doesn't count. phew.
