Can anyone tell me please why my DAB radio takes about 5 mins (no joke) to come on after I`ve switched it on? It`s about 3 yrs old

Perhaps you are in a fringe reception area .. and it takes a while for the station to latch on.

Thanks for that Albags.You Might be right Not sure, unless I`m drifting further away than when I first used it 3 yrs ago. It was OK then
