For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Try deleting it in "Safe Mode" When your PC boots up keep pressing F8. You should get a black screen with some options. The one you need is usually No.1 Safe Mode. When you get to your Desktop it might look slightly different to normal but that is fine. Then locate the folder/file and see if you can get rid of it now. You might also try unchecking the "read only " box before you try and delete it. Not gauranteed to work but at leadt it will only take a couple of minutes to try.
