Logging In

I have just recently started a new job and the company have set up a login screen for me to enable me work on their in-house program.

Anyway I input the correct username and password into the system only to find that it doesnt log me in and takes me back to my login page.

I have allowed this login page on my cookies and allowed sites but still to no avail. We have no IT technicians to help us with this and the company are clueless as to why this keeps on happening.

Anyone got any ideas?

If it takes you back to your login page,that would normally indicate that you have input incorrect data.Did any messages appear? Have you tried more than 3 times? I ask this because most company systems are set up to lock you out after 3 attempts, and passwords then have to be resest by IT, but as you have no IT, im not sure what you can do.Perhaps your company can set you up with a new logon and password.Be sure to enter the data correctly as many passworeds are case sensitive.
