How to save .RAM files?

When listen to the RealPlayer media (*.RAM)file on the internet, how do I save it to my harddisk?

RAM files are not actual audio or video files. RAM files are references to streaming media which point Real Player to a streaming server. As it isn't possible to save a stream (unless you have one of the Real Player Plus purchased players) you won't be able to save a copy of the media onto your PC.

Thanks for the answer. I autually get an realplayer plus but still couldn't save it.
It depends on the coding used- regardless of legality, it *is* possible to save the files. Right click on the link, and save it to disk. Rename it as *.txt file and open it in notepad. This normally contains the URL for the actually file. You can then insert this into a page of HTML as an H ref and right click it and choose save. Doesn't *always* work, and like I say, it may be illegal.
