I asked a question the other day and you were very helpful I now have a further question - most new TVs now have only one scart socket, I want to connect Sky + and a DVD player - how do I do this? Many thanks.

I think I bought a double scart socket for my daughters bedroom.
Maplin have things like this

I have a scart splitter - it has two sockets in and one scart plug out to go in the TV. It has a button on it to switch between each device.
If you have no HDMI on TV and DVD player, you have no choice but to use a triple scart cable ... or a scart switcher. You should get an auto switch one that will feed through to TV when you power up the device you want to use.
Also make sure it supports RGB connections and use that too if TV supports it .. the picture quality will be better.

Same as some ebay items twice the price .. http://www.tlc-direct.../Products/MX520R.html
Don't buy Commtron (crap) or a cheap manual one.
