My back button has gone, Need help

My top toolbar has changed on it's own, I now have no back button at the top left hand side, and on the right top I used to be able to google in a little space,......It's vanished, I have sat here for an hour no going through the menu bar settings but can't find it, Please help as it is blimming annoying me.
also you cant open another tab.

Right click in the area near the bit where you enter web addresses and see if you have navigation toolbar ticked. If not click it to select it.

Ok....just looked there is no navigation toolbar on drop list, menu,favorites, compatibility, command,status, zango, windows live,.....hang on, I think someone is hacking in to my pc as windows live as just come up.

How could you install Zango?

Press alt, select the view menu > toolbars put a tick next to navigation bar.

And you're not being hacked, that's not how it works.

It could be command bar (i'm using Firefox which says navigation).

ASAP .. Do full AV scan with System Restore TURNED OFF..
Then a full scan on reboot with Malwarebytes
Then reboot and turn on System Restore again.

Thanks people, I don't know what that was all about, everything just wen't, I was just about to try a systems restore but when I pressed the internet button everything just came back.

Use System Restore as a LAST RESORT!
Remove ZANGO adware crap and Scan the PC.

Or am I wasting my time?
