PC versus MAC

Why is it that people who own and use MACs regard themselves as superior to people who own and use PCs, or is it just my imagination? Same applies to Linux versus Windows I think.

Linux users feel superior because

a) They generally hate Microsoft because they produce bug filled software
b) They need to know a lot more about computing to run a Linux operating system properly.

Mac users should just feel ashamed. Only kidding! I use a PC, I've never really been into the Mac ethos, but it is a good system to use for specific tasks, especially music editing and graphics.

I use a PC with Windows and Linux, simply because everyone makes software for Windows. You'd feel a bit inferior if you couldn't run 90% of all software.

Linux is free and has a lot of free software. Why would you pay for something that doesn't work?

Mac users are just weird. And probably bitter that a PC can match their beloved system for DTP now, which was once its raison d'etre.

My boyfriend is a graphic designer so I can't pursuade him to buy a PC.  Very annoying for me because I can't send him word files and he can't get msn messenger 7 (i'm sure i'll get bored of that soon,,)

Keep one and ditch the other. I leave it up to you to decide which way round.
