reversed in?

put an advert together today and emailed to boss, i then got email back to say ok but can i top line be reversed in or may have been out, cant really remember which one. Havnt got a clue whichever way what she means. Can anyone help?

I suspect it means reverse the colour of the text e.g. white on black (WOB)

Why dont you just ask. To not know something once is acceptable but if you do it wrong while petending you do know would be far more unacceptable

Didn't they explain the terminology to you? - why can't you just email back and say sorry, I don't understand what you mean? I'd far rather than someone admitted not knowing, so you'll know for next time.
