Uniblue Program - How to safely delete

Go to remove this program and am getting messages that a folder or file is still open - think that it is a pesky way to prevent you from getng rid of it.

Any advice on this - or "assured" deletion program that I can use?

sorry, forgot that, IE9 on Windows7 on an Asus

You need to download and use Revo Uninstaller to remove any programs as it will remove the entire program and its contents completely. The Windows uninstaller doesn't do that. It is a free progam but a paid version is also available.
