Can I send files from my Kindle to someone else?

Assuming that both Kindles are on the same account, then you don't need to transfer the files from one to the other - just download them from Amazon's servers to both machines.

No, they aren't on the same account. Completely different county even :-)
You can 'lend'someone your books through Kindle (not all - only if the publisher allows).
They get them for two weeks, during which time you can't read them.
I'm happy to be corrected, but I believe that Amazon have discontinued (or at least suspended) the facility to loan books.

I found a way!
Cant send them form Kindle to Kindle but can send transfer using something called Calibre
