i am treying to get to a web forum, but i am getting this error message -
Welcome to *********** a site recently created using our clustered Linux web hosting.

If you're seeing this page instead of your website, please replace or remove the default index.php from your public_html directory.
what do i do?

That message is intended for the site's webmaster. There's nothing you can do until he/she fixes the problem at their end.

You don't do anything.

They have not setup the site correctly (or at all) you are seeing the default page provided by the software they use for hosting the site.
