Removing Podcasts From an IPod Touch

I have an Ipod touch and was wondering that now the new OS allows you to download podcasts (as opposed to previously only letting you stream them), is there a way of deleting them off the Touch without a computer once you've listened to them?

I know with an App you just press on the icon till it 'shakes', but what about Podcasts?
