Can't the bank teller or business proprietor sign as witness to my passport photo; so far they've said no ? Its too much faff to appoint my GP.

director/manager of a VAT-registered charity
director/manager/personnel officer of a VAT-registered company
And have kniown you for 2 years

Yes, I see them daily.
No. A bank teller isn`t a professional person anyway. They`d spend half their time signing photos for members of the public if they provided that service. They have to know you personally as well.
Do you know a teacher, policeman, accountant, or suchlike.

bednobs - the bank girls are being pedantic; their signatures have been used before. Dont know any of Johnk or builders list.

How about Abers ?
When you say their signatures have been used before, do you mean they signed your passport photo before? If it`s a passport renewal, you don`t need the photo signed.
I have posted a link to the list. Perhaps you smell or they don't like you?

The landlord of my local does mine but you can get them done in the shop as well.

local shops are asian or Tesco. Phoned PpOffice, they say anyone with Brit PP & quote their PP number on photo. PP office is 09 phone; I dread the bill.
