Firstly, are we talking about the link "BBC News" link above the questions but below the "Enter a question" box?
Not sure why it would do that to be honest. Those links are shortened links which we can track (so we know if anyone is using them - we put them up on a hunch that some might find them useful).

The problem seems to be that the program you're using has identified everything on the bbc.in/ address is dodgy - whereas in fact 99.9% wont be. I would expect you'd find this effect one this link to a BBC news story:
http://bbc.in/zvR4OP (the story is about short people living in the skirtings and their credit issues... as far as I can tell)
The links are safe and the anti-virus program is probably apply a "better to be safe than sorry" methodology.
