had an on-line chat with Sky.....they suggested I call their Sales Team to see if they could offer me a better deal. The conversation wnet as follows:
SHAIK: Can I book a service engineer for you?
You: no, not paying for an engineer, I have had so many problems with this box since it's installation. Thinking of cancelling Sky altogether

You: yes
SHAIK: Still you have the same issue right?
You: well yes of course
SHAIK: May I know If you have communal dish or individual dish
You: individual
