My humble opinion: it works fabulously! I came across the Fatloss4Idiots diet a little more than a week ago and the theories behind it made so much sense to me that I wanted to check it out a little more. As the reviews and comments I found on the web were mainly positive, I decided to give it a try and bought access to it. At the same time I accepted an additional offer to buy the "Beyond Calories" diet. After looking through both, which are basically grounded on the same principle of "calorie shifting", I found out I would start with the more radical "Beyond Calories". Over the years I have tried quite a few things: starvation, low fat, low carb, no carb, you name it. Never ever before have I observed results like this. After no more than four to five days I could get into clothes that I haven't worn for years, and the xtra padding that I still have is shrinking so fast you can almost see it happening. Friends, neighbors and collegues keep asking what's going on and I still haven't finished the first ten day cycle yet. Then of course comes the big question: what happens when you stop dieting and return to normal eating habits again. Well, the book tells you clearly that you can't and outlines some very sensible changes you have to make to keep slim after the dieting periood is over. In addition you can repeat the ten or eleven day diet cycle as many times as you want. As for the food you eat during the diet period, there is a great variation of groceries to choose from and I have never felt that this is a particularly hard or difficult diet. After trying various forms of low carb diets, I especially appreciate the opportunity to have fresh vegetables. This has been working well for me, so I have no doubts about recommending it to others. In my opinion it's well worth th money.
