Epson DX4050 Printer problem

I tried to print earlier on and nothing happened, all lights were on, paper in, got plenty of ink. Tried 'cancel all documents' and the message 'deleting' showed, that was 4 hours ago and it's still showing the same message, I'm only trying to delete 3 pages.

Hi, I clicked cancel all documents and it says deleting, but it's not.

why not go to control panel go to printers and remove it,then start again ,load it in again worked on my epson.good luck hope it works !!! forgot to say mine was a different model to yours .still its worth a try

I don't know what happened then , the screen altered in the middle of the sentence. What topic do you use to get answers to printer faults?

I am running XP - if you are different this may not apply to you.

Have you tried going to Start | Control Panel | Printers & Faxes?
Select your printer and see what is in the queue. Delete anything there and start again.
