Bulldog Broadband

Has anyone had experience of Bulldog Broadband yet ?  Is it as good as they make it out to be ?

Dont expect any service from these people - - booked the service - engineer did not turn up - - you can not talk to support or customer services thet are always "experiencing a high amount of calls" and you get cut off - - - I know that BT does their installations and they do not give a toss but it would be great to be able to have some form of service! As to how well it works I do not know because we could not get the modem that was sent to us (a Binatone) to work - thanks to Bulldog for losing me a days wage waiting for the engineer - NOT RECOMMENDED at all

Bulldog are easily the worst bradband provider.
Their service goes down every couple of days, and they appear to have employed monkeys in their customer service department. Service is a joke
Unhelpful, unusable and overhyped, DO NOT go with them - you have been warned

WOW !  Glad I talked to you Guys first.  Service is all imprtant as far as I am concerned.

Is there anyone who can highly recommend a Broadband Service.  I have tried so call independant sites, but all I get is 'promotion' advice only.  I just want unbiased opinions.

Surely there is one provider out there who is just a cut above the rest ?
