wap help

Hi ive got a Motorola V547 and i cant use my wap (I think it affects my mms aswell) when ever I try to use it, it says 'Connection unsuccessful, try again later'.  I dont know whats wrong with it!

Im with 02 and ive been to the website but its no help

had the same with t-mobile and my motorola e398.

Apparently u need to call your customer services and ask them to activate the mms and wap facilities, they will talk u through how to do it and activate it for u. With TMobile they can do it on there website but i dont know with O2 but thats what u need to do. I have experienced this with 3 phones so far, it isnt activated for the pics and Wap as it is txts and calls out of the box.

One thing tho, at one time i know that TMobile couldnt activate MMS and Wap on my dads new motorola because they said it isnt a model they support so it might be worth asking if O2 supports your phone model if u bought it sim free and placed your old sim in it. If it came with the sim with it then it should be compatible (something to do with the networks having the phone makes software details or not)
