I have a dell inspiron mini notebook and I am exsasperated by the length of time to boot up windows XP.
Can anyone tell why and a possible solution to the problem.
These days, I can well imagine someone believing that a 3-4 minute boot up time is exasperating – whereas I recall my Windows 98 PC booting up in under 6 minutes on a good day.
A slow boot could be due to the number of applications in the start-up routine; another possibility is that a reinstall of XP would resolve the issue.
