Your first txt of the day.......

Was listening to radio this morning and they had a funny section where they asked listeners to text in the first txt that came through when they switched on their mobiles this morning. Some were so funny. Example:

" I've shaved the cat - will clear up the hair later" ???

"Ohhh, I really shouldn't have let you do that to me last night" lol

"That would only work if you stood on your head" Okaaay

Who switches off their mobile at night? I never have as I use it as my alarm.

My reply 'Happy Friday sweaty balls, love you more xx'

I always switch mine off at night, because the idiot I work with has fat thumbs and often rings by accident.

Mine was something about my nephew crawling for the first time with lots of 'whoops', text speak and 'go my boy'... My sisters texts are actually quite exhausting to read, her exceptionally excitable nature always comes across.

My customers would call me 24/7 if they could, the only time my mobile is off is when I sleep, and the alarm still operates even then.

Hate texting, so do it as little as possible. Most days I do none at all. I never switch either of my phones off though.

I usually wake up to jokes from OH's cousin. He works nights....

I still never switch it off though ummmm, it comes from having grown up kids who have their own kids and might need me in the middle of the night. :)
There is also the chance I may need help due to my health problems and having to switch the phone on and wait for it to 'boot up' could be problematic.

I would never leave my phone on charge overnight, or for any length of time where I can't keep an eye on it. I have read a few stories of chargers going up in flames so am a bit paranoid about it.
