I prefer firefox, but yes explorer is very slow at times.I also prefer chrome to explorer
Chrome is much better in my opinion. I usually use firefox but there's a hiccup between AB and firefox at the moment.
I prefer Chrome, definitely.
I had to swap from Explorer to Chrome for the opposite reason pips. Glad I did, Chrome is better all round imo
in all honesty, I'd try Firefox if I was you (download it from http://www.getfirefox.net/ )

but of the two, Chrome by a big margin - it's just faster and less likely to be unreliable and less likely to be subject to people hacking (not in a News International way...allegedly, M'lud)
If chrome wasn't letting you access links chances are it wasn't set as the default browser.

Just use whichever browser you prefer, there really isn't that much difference between the latest versions of any of the main browsers now.
Q to Ummm - I'm using Firefox 12.0 and have no problem with AB ?
The dominant factor in the speed of a browser displaying a page is the delay while it waits for the content to arrive. Heavy traffic at the site or somewhere on the Net between there and your connection will slow down.
Chrome for sure, people use explorer to find better browsers....

Thank you all so much for your quick responses, I have put it back to Chrome for now but if I have any further problems I will install Firefox.
" but if I have any further problems I will install Firefox."
A better idea would be to post your problems on here and get them solved.
Otherwise you just might find yourself in a never ending rotation from IE to Chrome to FF and round again.
For what it is worth, I think that Firefox is good, Chrome is better and IE is , how can I put this politely?, not all that.

Thanks rojash, I will, but it seems to have resolved itself so far.
I prefer Firefox but, at the moment, AB is experiencing problems withh FF 12. Consequently, heed what ummmm has said and, with respect to Dunworking, I say "Do not use the link which is for a download of FF12".

Better to use FF 11 as I and others are and download it as suggested by Buenchico :-
