Sky Digibox problem

I have an old Sky Digibox (Grundig) that is starting to play up but still functions at the moment. I have borrowed another Sky Digibox (Grundig) and it's exactly the same type, but when l connect it up it just keeps saying no satellite signal.
If it's exactly the same box why isn't it connecting up, or am l overlooking something here?

Either it's bust, or you've connected it to the telly, but not to the dish.
