Problems Printing a PDF

I have filled in the necessary areas of a PDF template for a document I am working on, but when I try to print it, only the template is printed and none of the text I have added is.

Does anyone have any idea why and/or how I can remedy this?

How does it look in print preview? Have you looked in print setup?

It allows me to complete the empty fields, but when I go to Print Preview, the text is still there but wont print off.

what program are you using to fill in the text fields?
