Our son has forgotten the security PIN for his Matsui 1408T televison. Does anyone know how to reset the PIN number?

I believe Matsui is a Dixon's brand name. I'd try asking in one of their stores.

matsui was infact a name for own good for Currys - try ringing their maintenance helpline

I was wondering if you managed to solve the problem and what is the answer, as I am being confronted with the same issue. Thank you.

Sorry we couldnt do it so took it back to Currys they charged us �15.
