I am trying to help an old man get his internet working! He has a BT Home Hub wireless thing that works fine with his laptop but I cant get it to work on any phones! It asks for the password and then when you enter it it doesnt say that the password is wrong, just says cant connect or does nothing! Please help, I dont know what to do!

Well I'd guess you are getting the password wrong, it is case sensitive so if it has any capitals in it make sure you use them when entering the password.
Are you definitely selecting the correct network to join?

If the area is anything like where I live there is a huge list of my neighbours networks, most of which are BT or Virgin. It wouldn't be hard to click on the wrong one by accident.

I do use capitals! But surely if it was wrong it would say password wrong, try again!
