Ok here goes. Laptop was working with home hub. No changes no restrictions but this one has stopped connecting. Both hub and laptop say they are connected but not able to open internet page. Other laptop and home pc ok. Only message on laptop refers to DNS error. I tried release renew config but nothing so any ideas.

I presume you've inserted WEPs ? Could be the cache needs clearing; Tools/Options/cache.

Well we checked for this but can you give us a little more advice on win7 how do we clear it etc

Clearing your cache would be pretty much zero help in this case...

If it's a DNS error change your DNS servers on the laptop...
