How do I download Kindle to my ePad from China

I have been trying to download Kindle for Google Android to my ePad which I bought from China but it ask to choose device which only shows CHINA TELECOM INFOTMIC Tx799D but when I click on this it says THIS ITEM CANNOT BE INSTALLED IN YOUR DEVICE'S COUNTRY.
How do I change the setting to for the United Kingdom from China so I can download Kindle.
I have been able to download Facebook and YouTube but have been unable to download Kindle or Itunes.
Can anyone tell me step by step how to set the ePad to United Kingdom so I can download these apps.
