Email vanishes in Outlook
I have a Sony laptop operating Windows 7 and I use TalkTalk - well, Tiscali.
I have received an email message from my son which first arrived in TalkTalk and then gets upload onto Outlook. The message appears in Outlook for a second or two and then vanishes. I've looked in my deleted and junk mail files but it is not there.
I then forwarded the message a number of times from TalkTalk to myself but each time the same thing happens even when I have taken out all the content.
It only happens on this laptop not my PC.
Can anyone tell me why is this happening and where the messages are going to?
