They were a little bit more flower power in America, but the fashion at that time was short skirts, hot pants, long boots and granny glasses. I was pregnant in the summer of 1969 so I was wearing tents. None of the belly baring that was the fashion a couple of years ago.

they'll be back, ummmm, everything is. I can't believe it when flared jeans make one of their periodic reappearances, but there you are. As for the Flintstones, god, I hoped they were dead and buried at the end of the 60s, I never imagined TV channels that keep them going forever. But most of the 60s were better than that.
